My Marshtomp and my sister’s Bayleef are not evolving! They are not busy, and they don’t have an everstone. Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone know how to solve this?

It must be "busy" somewhere.
Have you checked your DayCare? Battle Team? Rumbling Areas?

If you try to release it, it'll tell you where it is stuck.

I am only suggesting this, because it's your starter. You'll either get a red 'you pokémon is here' or a red 'this is your starter'.

In both cases, your pokémon is safe.
(just don't forget to screenshot the message as proof in case it really is a bug)
