However, mayhaps the due to the fact that NOTHING was happening and
that NOBODY was heading to town... God has decided to send a hoard
of tauros-mix-milktank-looking monsters charging towards them as if
they were seeing red.
April shakily raises her head and looked at the crowd of dust being
gathered in the distance. Her eyes slowly widened.
"Y-you guys... What that coming towards us—!"
The ground was trembling like a grade 5 earthquake as a huge shadow
reminiscing of a mob was running towards them at record speed.
April is immediately got back on her feet as if her butt was on
fire. The previous listless expression on her face was gone,
instead replaced with a slight terror and incredulousness at their
current situation.
"Y'all, I think it's time to run for our lives..!"
Mew took one look at the boar and sprinted off after April, with
much greater success as she had a dex of 5, overtaking April and
then stopping once every few metres to look back at the boar and
April wheezing to catch up.
“You know. We could kill it and then make it into Barbeque…”
Mew stared at the juicy and yummy looking meal. It was very
tempting to catch and deep fry it.
"if it were one, MAYBE, BUT A WHOLE DAMN HOARD!?" April exclaimed
in exasperation at Mew's big back hunger. Wheezing every few steps,
slowly but surely she narrowed the distance between the two because
one should never underestimate someone whose running with their
life on the line.
Though looking back, the meat does kinda look good..
“So what? We can just fight because I know both of you got weak ass
knees and probably can’t run meters without being outta
breath.”
Mew smirked at them and looked hungrily at the oncoming hoard of
monsters.
“Or we can run. If you guys wanna.”
The boars looked super yummy. She wasn’t gonna lie that she didn’t
want to cook one up. But out of utmost consideration for her slow
and old companions. Mew shall entrust them with the decision(s).
