I'm confused since I'm trying to get the day version of gloweon and it was daytime when it turned lvl 31 but it didn't even evolve? It's past lvl 40 and it's still is gloweon I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here
And yes I've check the wiki all it said was that starting from lvl 31 it would evolve into one of the other evos ether day or night not very much info on gloweon and its evos to be honest

I would love some sort of answer for this

I took it out of everything it was doing and lvled it one more time but it didn't even change and it's not holding a everstone

Try giving it something to hold (something harmless, like a Gem). The red warning will tell you where it's busy.

I tried it no warning sign and no change I even tried to take it away to see if it did anything but it didn't do a thing so it's not busy
