I like interacting with other users, unfortunately I have carpal tunnel and clicking hurts. It only takes a minute or two to trigger pain? Does interacting hurt you? How long does it take to trigger your pain? Do you have any solutions?

I don't know too much about carpal tunnel, but I think there are some special gloves you can get to help prevent it. I recommend looking into this in more detail yourself.

In the mean time, try only interacting a little bit at a time. For me, outside of events, I max out at 500 clicks per hour since that gets you the dream point reward. The number of online users doesn't often exceed that order of magnitude, so I use that list for higher chance of getting clicked back.

The other big thing is switching hands when one gets tired. I like to start with my left because it tends to do less work the rest of the time and can therefore put more work in with clicking before right needs to take over.

Finally, there are sometimes events like speed click saturday where you are encouraged to click until your ligaments explode. My advice here is: don't feel like you have to participate in everything. This site is a community as well as a game and I'm sure you can find someone willing to sell you things you can't get yourself.
