Bedrock is no longer -STAGGERED-, but is very weak.

I don't damage it directly, but I use the Glue Storm ability from Bloons TD 6. What does the ability do? It slows the block and adds a +2 damage amplifier to all attacks for 20 seconds. You can change the effects of this since it's your game, and not BTD6, but keep the general idea.
