My ghastly reached level 25 recently and it hasnt evolved into haunter, i dont have an everstone attached to it.
Is the evolution level for ghastly different in this game or is the way to evolve it different?

Is your Pokémon in a Rumble Mission or at the Daycare? It won't evolve if it's busy.

No the pokemon isnt on a rumble mission or in a daycare, the weird thing is, it keeps leveling up but wont evolve.
the same thing is happening to my quilava, it reached lvl 36 and wont evolve into typhlosion

That means it was “busy” and it wouldn’t evolve.
