I know that we evolve Happiny by 'Giving it the Oval Stone' and Leveling it up during the day but even after using all my Powerorbs and levelling it up, It seems he still doesn't evolve for some reason. Need help (lost all of my Powerorbs and the Oval Stones I had)

It Evolved!!

Seems like a bug, Worked after few tries ,Happened same with my Dewgong. I had to spend so many Powerorbs to Evolve it Because for some reason Even after leveling up 2 times it didn't count it seems but after few more levels it worked
