This raffle is for my SM mudkip hunt

Every 10 water gems is one ticket for you

Every 400 water gems get I will spin a wheel and whoever it lands on will get 25000 pd

Once I get to 4000 gems I will spin the wheel and the winner will get 50000

Then this raffle will end and total prize pd=275000 total

Note:you can win multiple of the prizes

I have 36 water gems, are you able to take 0.6 as a ticket and if that ticket wins, 0.4 of the prize goes to someone else? Or is it always rounded down to the nearest 10? If not, then I’ll send 30.
