Can you shiny hunt ho-oh with the pokeradar like charmander?

No you can not, as you can only get Ho-Oh through Wondertrade Codes, and these eggs do not count towards the Pokeradar shiny chain.

The only way to obtain a shiny Ho-Oh, is by winning a Code through Shiny Wondertrades.
