I have obtained the Volcano Cave Map but can't seem to get it unlocked. I have given it to multiple different fire type mons to no prevail. Is there a rumble area that has to be a certain level or is there a way to get it to become available? Thanks!

You should keep it in your Bag and it'll keep appear in the Rumble Area (Special).
