I am using a spreadsheet for royal tunnel but until I am typing the pokemon name in the spreadsheet to search the time runs out is there any easy way to progress faster in royal tunnel

Remember that you don't have to type the pokemon's name in its entirety, only enough for it to be picked up by the search.

Other than that, it's really just getting fast at typing and trying to remember as much as possible so you don't have to necessarily search every time.

I personally find the spreadsheet to have a bit of unnecessary clutter, things like pokedex numbers that never come up in the quiz and typing that everyone ought to know off the top of their head, so you may want to make a copy and edit out columns like those so the information is accessible in a more streamlined way.
