How do I start the necrozma quest? Are there any requirements I have got the old vinyl and gone to the ancient cave but nothing has appeared to begin the quest

Question:
Do you have the Good Rod?
Do you have the Shadow Radar?
Both are needed to start the quest, as well as the Old Vinyl.
