you dont need a dratini to be in the dratini fanclub, you just gotta like dratini and if you dont like dratini i will command the dratini fanclub minions to eat you.

I also host dratini events and games to keep ya'll dratini fed.
Also, feel free to send dratini plushies! I encourage it.
