My Charizard is already at level 101, but if I use Dynamax Crystal to it, it said "it won't have any use". Can anyone help me?

You have to use the Dynamax Crystals through the pokémon's page.
That's the page where you give it a nickname; underneath it, you will see the Dynamax option.
