So there is a "Certain Someone" who exposed that if they just joined a giveaway, they can't do anything about it, which makes it unfair if they won. So please give us the access to remove people on giveaways that didn't do the certain requirements but that's about it. Only one reason and it's to remove the people who didn't do it properly.

There might be a chance that this posts already exists, but I beg you, this has been a big issue on giveaways. Even one of my giveaway, someone won by just joining the giveaway, no hashtag sharing. So please of it already existed, please don't lock this. This is a very serious issue.

While on itself it is a good idea, I just feel like this would be used to remove people who you don’t want to win instead of giving everyone a fair chance. It could possibly lead to favorising certain users on other users’ giveaways, because they like them. I hope what I’ve written is understandable.
