1. Characters from all non-problematic
pieces of media are welcome, as are OCs of these fandoms.
That said, do NOT bash or attack other roleplayers for their characters. We are all here to have fun.
2. A palpad group will be used, but you won't be pressured to join.
3. Do not bunnyhop characters, or powerplay/godmod.
4. PTA/PTK is required. Don't make it unfair for everyone else.
5. Shipping is allowed. Please avoid shipping discourse or making it the main plot.

Personality: It cracks easily under pressure and starts screaming. However, they're very sweet when collected. Known as the Keeper of Time by many, they have the unique ability to traverse the many universes that exist. Truly, Interstellar means their best, but sometimes turns to cruelty when they feel that it must. Oddly infatuated with that landline phone.
Reference Image OR Description: A five pointed star for its head, and each of their four eyes is a different colour; brown, green, red and blue respectively. Stella is chubby, and wears a black and yellow pinstripe suit complemented by their yellow bowtie and black button down, and their silk black gloves. Their head seems to glow gently and there are glittering freckles on their arms, as their sleeves are rolled up to the elbows. Thwy have no need for a neck, meaning their head floats and can spin, and they walk with the use of a cane, which isn't a mobility aid, but seems to do everything else. They can grow and lose arms as needed.
