Love the idea, the type boosting could be done on weather as mentioned before but this would make it less rare. Maybe it's an idea if this is based on real life events and or in-game event. For example having ghost and psychic types boosted during halloween month and ice types during Christmas. Perhaps fairy type for Valentines month or something
