I have just brought two loads of lottery tickets (50 in one go using the random button both times), thinking that the first one either didn't register or O had to go over 50. But the badge still isn't coming up for me and it is the last one I need in that set.

Is this a bug or am I missing something? Does it only trigger after the draw?

It just popped up, it seems to be delayed but working now.
