Is there a way to increase the chance of finding shiny megas from poke radar?

You can increase mega chances with the following:
- IV breeding
- Mega Cuff
- Boost from fountain
there's not a known percentage.

There's nothing to increase both at the same time though, shiny chance can be up to 2.75% with premium + shiny charm.
