"Nothing is... real. We're just... lines of... code... on... a... screen... Kendo..."

Lydia blinked for a few seconds, going silent. her body glitched out of existence for a split second, her voice distorting at the end of her sentence, before returning to normal.

She stared blankly out into the sky, before turning to look at Moon with a smile.

"...Sorry, what were we talking about?"

A shadow just watched the two and, while it did not have eyes, it did throw it's head back like it was rolling those non-existent eyes. It held two plates of food, for Moon and Lydia respectively and held them out. Underneath the plate was the accompanying cutlery.

Jack took the plate, her familiar impish smile back in her face. "Thank you! But before I eat..." Jack snatched the spyglass from Moon's hand that was hanging at her side, and peered through it. Moon rolled her eyes, annoyed.

"Aww, you two are distracted too easily. Land ho, crew!" She shouted to raucous cheers. Moon accepted the spyglass back testily, before checking the horizon herself.

There was indeed land. Great. She had shirked her responsibilities to talk to... Lydia.

"Nothing much. We were talking about... nothing much." Just undead kings, murderous brothers, and the other side of the fourth wall.

Wick also took his plate, returning to the stern with the rest of the sail haulers. "Easy now, we're headed portside!" The six sailors on the main sail turned the creaking mast slowly, pulling on their ropes with earnest.

They were headed to shore.

"Land, already?" Iteral remained next to Wick for the time being, a captain should never be interrupted. She walks around and whistles again, as the shadows that did nothing returned to their holders. One remained and together, they observed in case something came up.

"...huh. okay! Your name was... God, my head is spinning... your name was... Moon, right? Yeah. And my name is... Lydia...!?"

Lydia shook her head slightly, stumbling for a moment, apparently quite dizzy.
