Kendo watched her, sliding a plate over to her. Sliced apples, placed in a strange pattern. Where had he learned the art of apple-placing? Who knows.

Iteral came downstairs, she was hoping that the goddess and her friend would notice the heavy steps and react accordingly. Though when the witch saw her mother injured... again... well, she was not surprised but she did raise a hand to cover Caspian's eyes and ears. She looks at Kendo and thinks, hoping his telepathy would kick in.

Want us to leave? Or want Caspian to inspire Mercy to stay?

Kendo was not messing around. His eyes were tinted blue, now. That wasn't good.

Her eyes widened slightly. She quickly sat back down, keeping her gaze down at her lap. Whoops. She didn't mean to get him angry. "Can... You sit with me, then?" She wasn't referring to just Kendo. She wanted the others to join as well.

Iteral got the hint... at least she thought she did. Kinda. She places down Caspian on Mercy's other side and ruffles his hair again, before getting some beverages for all of them. For Caspian and Kendo, apple juice, for Mercy some wine and for herself, some water sufficed. "Here you go... to ease tensions."

She smiled and looked up at him. "Thank you for caring about me so much." If he wasn't there to stop her from going outside, she'd go until she killed herself. And the thought of her children growing up without a mother scared her. Caring... Did Lydia really tell the truth? Does Kendo like her?

Moon followed Bliss, a vacant smile on her face. She followed the demon's lead and ignored Lydia. Stupid pesky raven ghost. She was mean for making perfect Bliss angry.

Bliss rolled her eyes. She was sure Elodie would have good magic to get rid of her, but she was out right now. She should've been close to that awful place where Mona was- sent on a mission to pick off one of the family members.

Moon wanted desperately to ask where they were going, but she trusted Bliss. She hadn't led Moon wrong yet. She obediently followed the demon. Her drug-adled brain was experiencing processing issues, and the world seemed to have too many colors. But her brain pushed the errant thought aside to do what she was told.

Mercy tilted her head. "Actually, I'll take his juice. Wine is the last thing I need right now- especially in front of Caspian." She didn't want to think of being drunk in front of her children.

"Fair enough." Iteral was... a little happy about her mother's decision. Was it unexpected, not really, she still was a mother after all. But it was nice to see. She switches the glasses around and takes the wine herself, using a funnel to pour it back into the bottle. "So, I take it you went outside again... got anything about the rift?"

Iteral puts her hand on Mercy's shoulder. "Mona. I admire your tenacity." She sighs, looking away and her grip was firm... but not hurtful. "But you need to hold back for now, I can see you going anti-clockwise." The witch turns back to look into the goddess' eyes. She did seem to genuinely worry. "We don't know what will happen. What if your body goes back to pre-ascension, what will happen to the Earth and stars. What will happen... to you." Her gaze went to Kendo and Caspian and she unconsciously slighly pulled on her shoulder to make her look at them as well.
