Sort of looks like this, but the clothing is different and more "regal" like:

Magic/Power(s): Can talk to animals, make plants grow, spit venom, and other elemental powers. She can also float or fly for a short amount of time. If she is overpowered, I can give her some disadvantages.
Personality: A kind and helpful person, she tends to explore the world to help those in need. Sadly, she is forced to live a VERY depressed life, unable to smile or laugh.
