i have a sliggoo that i want to evolve that's been in my party for a while . do i need to wait until the site weather ( shown by the castform at the top ) turns to rain or is there another way to do it ?

Yes. While it is in your Party, Sliggoo evolves into Goodra starting at Level 50 or so if it is a Rainy weather.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
