Title, why do pokemon show up with their names hyphenated and repeated like that? Is it something I can turn off? I don't like it lol.

For example, Bidoof shows up as Bi-Bi-Bidoof. Any reason why?

Sadly you can't turn it off. It's like how it'd be if they spoke (or similar to the anime/how pikachu talks)
