I have a love for squirtle. But I really like water starters in general except for sobble and quaxly. And I really like grass starters and a few fire starters. I just really think starters are all adorable

either bulbasaur or torchic, they were both my first starters in pokemon go and pokemon alpha saphire respectively. i think i chose well.
