"Tres... duo... unus..." Right as the dragon was about to unleash
it's barrage of stardust at the two, Iteral just threw herself
back, the bench of their falling back (since it was not anchored
into the ground) and letting the two fall through another rift.
They could hear the dragon curse, as they fell right into another
world... a snowy wonderland under another night sky, this time they
were just in a winterland, with normal houses around.

Auspice braced herself for something to happen like that, so she
wasn't surprised, but she wasn't expecting the snow. She felt she
snow crush beneath her body as they landed there, the snow
cushioning them. "Uuughhh..." She groaned out, slowly getting up
and brushed the snow off her armor. "You okay?"
Iteral raises and gave a thumbs up but then a small groan. "Yeah...
just a bit on my back." She gets up, looking around. "Hm...
Winterblessed." She checks a clock of hers. "... not bad, not bad.
It's soon time. Another aurora." She pulls a small brush from her
bag and helps Auspice cleaning her armor.

"Ah, I see...Winterblessed. I like winter. Quite beautiful, if you
ask me. An aroura? Nice... also fascinating. I don't see any where
I stay." She let out a low chuckle, letting Iteral help dust the
snow off her armor.
Iteral looks around, then spotting a simple one-story house nearby.
She unlocks it using a small plastic card and enters, as it seems
empty. "Ah, it hasn't changed much. Come on in, let's make it
ourselves comfortable. Borealis should appear soon."

"Of course. I wouldn't want to miss something so... rare to me.
Plus, I don't mind a small... vacay." She let out a small, soft
laugh as they walked into the house. It had been too long since she
had been in a... normal house. "It's been quite some time since
I've stepped foot into a house."
"Sometimes you don't know what you miss until you see it again."
Iteral laughs, looking around. Lights did not work, so she finds
the chimney and ignites it instead. "You haven't been here yet,
have you? This timeline, I mean." She gives a bit of a smile,
looking through the kitchen randomly.

"Eh, you are right..." She continued to listen to Iteral speak,
watching her ignite the fireplace when she did. "No, not really. I
rarely often traverse timelines, since... well... I have a husband.
Not only that, but I need a strong aura hotspot to make my portal.
They are rare to find, but I can feel the tear in the
space-timeline in the air." She spoke with a hint of roughness in
her voice as she spoke.
"So your ways of travel are a lot more limited... hm." Some metal
clunking could be heard from the kitchen, then the unscrewing of a
lid. "Well, I'm glad you made it to the cafe then. How come your
husband never tags along? Does he not want to leave his dimension?"
You know the first rule in combat?

"Can't. He was cursed by a god into his Pyramid. A curse of light,
really. This 'curse' sealed him away within his own Pyramid, and
now he can't leave, unfortunately. So he experiments on his own
Legion, trying to empower them with the Darkness he was gifted. The
only successful fusion of a Hive worm and Scorn was the Caretaker.
I might be having to head back soon, if you want to see where we
stay and such."
Iteral waited for her response a bit, but then returned with a tray
and two cups of hot chocolate. Alongside a can of whipped cream,
some cinnamon and a small bag of marshmallows. "Sure, I'd like to
meet him and see how you live." She places the tray down in front
of the couch, smiling. "Does that pyramid happen to have windows?"

"Nah. We open up rifts to see what's going on outside the Pyramid."
She pulls down her hood and takes off her helmet, revealing her
full face, having long, brown hair with purple eyes, along with
fair, light tan skin as she watched Iteral bring the hot chocolate.
Hey, she did promise to show Iteral her full face, and she did. She
took the hot chocolate, smiling, two small fangs could be seen.
"Thank you."
"Huh." Iteral smiles a bit. "No wonder you have a husband. You're a
pretty one." She sits down next to her, taking her cup and putting
some whipped cream in her chocolate and her mouth.

She flusters a bit at Iteral's comment before taking at sip out of
her hot chocolate, finding it quite refreshing. Hot chocolate is
always nice on cold, winter nights. She giggled softly as she
watched Iteral do whatever.
Iteral smiles, simply enjoying the downtime for now. Hearing the
crackling of the fire... and the warmth of the room, she just
enjoys Auspice's company and the peacefulness. "... you think your
husband likes hot chocolate?"

Auspice turned to the fire, looking at the brightness and beauty of
the flame. She took small, undisturbed sips until Iteral asked her
question. "I think he will. I usually go shopping at Earth and
bring the food/drinks back to the Pyramid, and we try new things
out together. We really like steak." She let out a low chuckle,
taking another sip.
"How cute. I think your husband is less imprisoned and more just
under house arrest." Iteral laughs a little, hiding her mouth a bit
in the cup. "Hm, you think he'll like me? I am a bit on the chaotic
variety after all."
You know the first rule in combat?

"Heh. You could say that." She continued to listen to Iteral talk
before speaking. "It depends. If you are my friend, then I think
you are fine. He can be... quite aggressive. Very untrusting of
other people, if you know what I mean. Too overprotective
sometimes."
"Awwww, I am sure he's just afraid of losing his true love!" Iteral
smiles wide, finishing her chocolate and watching the fire. "Let's
visit him after the Borealis... you think I should get a gift?"
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
Auspice let out a low chuckle, her gaze locked on the fire. "Yeah,
I think that would be nice. He isn't a materialistic person, so you
can give him just about anything~" She took one final sip,
finishing up her hot chocolate and setting the cup off to her side.
