Hello! I've been wanting to make some little sprites and Pokémon variations, so even though I don't have a lot of time to do so, I wanted to make a place to put and show off the sprites I do end up making!

I'm writing the entries from the view of a Pokémon researcher because I think it's cool and I want to make lore >:) Feel free to comment on any of my posts!

Breadinja

Though rarely found actually hiding in loaves, this Pokémon is said to have been the reason the tradition of gently squeezing bread to test its softness started. According to tradition, Breadinja is said to burrow in to stale and burned bread, using the hardness as a secondary protective shell.

Pathogenic Ditto

Entry #1
Even though Ditto are known to have unstable DNA, this one seems to be unusually volatile and aggressive, lashing out at whatever it sees with its unnatural tentacles. We aren't sure what has caused it to act this way, but its causing this Ditto's genes to be altered at ridiculously high rates. It is currently detained and being heavily monitored.

Viral Ditto

Entry #2
The Ditto evolved rapidly and became too much to control. After breaking out of containment, its solidified crystalline body? head spun to look around at us researchers with an empty gaze. It escaped into the wild. A huge governmental hunt has been put together to find it, but so far, we've come up with nothing. No signs of it anywhere. If it is anything like its pathogenic stage, I fear for any Pokémon or trainer that comes across it.

Giga Aguageist

Gigantamax energy has turned this Aguageist into the largest known predator in the ocean, consuming anything unfortunate enough to get close. Large storms are visible through its glass body.

Fungal Sawsbuck

It mindlessly wanders around without eating or drinking, releasing fungal spores into the air through the growths on its antlers. After close observation, this Sawsbuck doesn't seem to change its appearance with the seasons like normal Sawsbuck do.

Pluddle

Lesser known water starter of the Mungiko region. Although more viscous than water, this Pokémon is difficult to pick up and can soak in to dirt, cloths, rugs, and other permeable material, making it somewhat of a pest. Its body even has trouble staying in Pokéballs, often managing to leak out of the closed sides. The few trainers that have taken on the task of training this Pokémon typically lose it before it evolves, so not much is known about the evolution of Pluddle, that is, if it even evolves at all.
