So i wanted to evolve my milcery to alcremie but I don't understand how it works. I searched up on the wiki and it says to have the milcery spin the wheel of fortune. I have tried that and it is still a milcery. I tried putting the sweets on the milcery and spinning the wheel, but it is still a milcery. Is it a happiness evolution? If so, could someone edit the wiki? Does it have to be a specific level and needs to spin the wheel? Please help.
