It's not a game - It's a community. Yes, you can grind to get things like shiny legendaries but really, it's just for enjoyment.

This is more of a website with minigames than actual game. You can just set a personal goal, for example: hatching shiny legendary, reaching this many shinies, finishing pokedex, and such.

Well I think there is a final boss but no endings except if you count the part where you defeat the final boss as an ending.
