Backstory:He was the captain of the Blue skull he was the captain that has felix as his crew before felix retired
Personality: he is friendly and often use pirate accent
Power: (and how close your character was to The Stardust, 1-10) Anchor Blaster similar to gaster blaster but it's a shape of an anchor
Anchor bash uses the anchor on his back to bash the opponent power: 10 (is it okay if 10? if no i'll change it to 9)
