Kaori sighed. Well, at least she stopped the fighting before anybody could get killed. But the spider was injured, and nothing good came out of it, except the fact that there were no casualties. Sighing, she let Taro jump out of her arms, hoping that he would go check up on the spider. And that's what he did

Kaori looked startled for a moment, but she relaxed. The spider was quite soft and sweet, she thought. She cupped a hand to her cheek, and held Amber's spider in her palm, before giving her a small hug :)

A monstrous shriek came from the woods. It was close by- the way that the giant spider had fled. It was in danger.

Kaori looked up. Something had just shrieked. She pulled out her katana (I'm kind of maybe in a Demon Slayer phase TwT) and carefully went over to where the Giant Spider had just been. She quickly held her katana at a 'Ready' stance and looked around.

Buck was staring up at the spider who was hissing at him, perched on an ancient tree. Blood stained Buck's mouth as he smiled maliciously, two little needle-marks on its head. The spider saw them, backing up as it hissed at all of them. The little spider on Kaori's shoulder jumped off, sprinting to the bigger one.

Kaori raced after the little spider, stopping in her tracks when she saw Buck. Kaori held up her katana, a little afraid, but she held it up. Buck looked different somehow, more... spider-like. What's going on?


Bringing up her katana, she slashed downwards, cutting open Buck's chest. She then side-stepped and slashed at his legs
