@Sauvignonboy : According to this forum post..

In order to unlock those Calyrex Rider formes, you need the item "Reins of Unity" (Key Item).

It is given to you by Professor Rowan at the Lab.. after unlocking the EggDex entries of Glastrier, Spectrier and Calyrex first.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
