Bug:
Hoopa ring can be hidden in the Pokeradar page even if a Pokeradar has not been bought yet. An attempt to access the page will, for a brief moment, show the ring entity on a semi-loaded page before redirecting to the home page.

Description:
I recently completed two Hoopa quests from Professor Rowan, the first of which did not present any problem in completing. However, on my second iteration of the quest, I could only initially find four of the five rings needed to ban Hoopa. After using a user-compiled site map to check arbitrary pages I had not yet visited, I found that the link to the Pokeradar (https://pokeheroes.com/pokeradar) would briefly attempt to load the Pokeradar (up to the point of displaying the ring entity) before redirecting to the home page (which did not display the ring entity), since I had not yet bought a Pokeradar (logically preventing me from accessing the page). After a number of futile attempts to open a new tab of the page and rapidly click at the ring, I was able to open the page and force the page to stop loading (via escape key) and easily obtain the ring, completing the quest.

Overview:
- Started Hoopa Quest (second time)
- Found & obtained 4/5 rings
- Used a site map to try to find 5th ring.
- Noticed Hoopa egg briefly appearing on (blank) Pokeradar page before redirecting home
- After several attempts, forced page to stop loading at time when the ring appeared.
- Clicked and obtained last ring
- Banished Hoopa with Rowan
- Obtained Egg (id=39733511)

Current Options to Resolve Issue:
- Press "I give up" in Rowan's lab (presumably ending the quest)
- Manually force Pokeradar page to stop loading (my course of action)
- Buy a Pokeradar (150,000PD; not everyone may afford it)

Exigence:
First off, in such a case, there would be no site-provided link to the ring location (aside from user "maps"), since the link is presumably replaced with ????????? text under the home tab, making it almost impossible to identify the ring location without utilizing said user "maps." Secondly, an obvious difficulty presents itself after a user notices said issue and tries to obtain the ring (as I mentioned above). While it is rare that the said issue will arise in a given Hoopa quest (RNG of picking the specific case), it ruins the gameplay of users who have chosen not to/cannot buy the pokeradar at the moment. Further, it is possible that this issue may occur on other conditionally "locked" pages, such as the Newbie Mentoring page (https://pokeheroes.com/mentor), which a user may not be able to access. Thus, many players could potentially benefit from this issue being resolved.

The Hoopa Quest forum thread warns that the Rings can be anywhere on PH, with 2 exceptions. It's not a bug if it does exactly as it says.

Quote from Hoopa QuestThese selected places can be any page on PokéHeroes (excluding the forums and special event pages)

This is also the reason the 'I give up' button was added.
