When I went to the daycare, I said im fine hru for the raylong quest. It was wrong, does this mean I failed the quest, ifnot how can I fix it

If you need a better explanation here it is: If you fail the test, you can retake it in 15 minutes. For the first one, just say that you are good, don't choose the other two. Then his favorite dragon-type pokemon is Flygon so choose that.
