Guide: The four styles of RPs!
An observation I've made is that RPs usually come in four writing styles:
So there's Literary, or Lit RPs (actual name). The paragraphs are long and detailed and are usually for the best of writers.
Example: We're Only Human REVAMP from SerenityFallows
There's also Semi-lit RPs (actual name), where the paragraphs are slightly less detailed but still pretty solid. They're more than a sentence at least.
Example: Star Weavers from ~--moully--~
There's also a type I call "dialogue-based" RPs. Almost every action has the character saying something, and it's very conversational.
Example: The Academy of Gifted Individuals from -NeoSanchez-
And finally, there's something I call an "action-based" RP. It's in a short-sentence style that's almost always an action, shown between *____*, and a spoken sentence, in "____".
Example: ~Fnaf Sister Location~ from ~SilverTheHedgehog~
There are some other types that are kind of in between. Or in some less cohesive RPs, people may use a mix of different styles.
