He… didn’t know what to say to that at all. “…okay…” He could sense she was probably wanting him to go to ‘sleep’ so he closed his eyes to rest. His markings glowed (because thats what machinery does ;p) as he started to rest

Caleb was still sitting at the table, staring into space. That was an odd thing that happened between the two of them. Memories mostly sucked though. He sighed as he continued to fidget with his phone, even though all he was doing was flipping it open and closed and tossing it around.

She smiled and kissed his cheek, getting up and walking back to the kitchen. She realized that she had never really spoken to the boy, so she went to him. "I apologize if it feels like I've been ignoring you- I've had my hands full for a while." She spoke softly, but kept her distance. She was always good at telling how to get people to warm up to her.

Caleb looked at her. Great. She decided to get him involved with everything. He said, “Whatever.” and didn’t look at her, continuing to flip the phone around. “Bice little vision you both had there. Looked wonderful.”

He looked at Mercy, then out the window, seeing nothing, of interest, and going back to playing with and tossing his phone. “So why do you run this little ‘family’ of yours? Do they make money? Work for you? They must do something for you to keep them around.”

"I never said emotional support. I said company. Those are two different things. For the most part, I keep my emotions to myself. I let people see half of it, and keep the other half away. They don't need to see the worser parts."

"Don't worry." Iteral said, appearing in the kitchen all of a sudden with silent but groggy steps. Though she did not try to do anything, except reach for a nearby glass and walking to the sink. "Some are aware of the other half. Some respect her wishes though. Others know they can't do much." She briefly pauses, as she just fills her glass with water and then turns to Mercy, walking to her. "Family is odd. Sometimes they ignore you... and sometimes they refuse you. But you still wanna hang because, when push comes to shove..." She briefly hugs her, before drinking her water. "You'll know they'll have your back." She finishes her glass of water, cleaning it with her shirt and placing it down. For the entire time she had this... absent stare of indifference to it. It was weird, even for her.

Caleb groans a bit. “You’re supposed to be asleep, correct? Because this.” He gestures to Iteral. “Doesn’t look like you’re sleeping.” All of this family talk was really starting to get on his nerves. Family was never actually there for you. It’s all just a front for when they don’t find you good enough anymore. At least that’s what he believed.

After some time, Rhuna woke back up, reading the note Renata left. After reading it, she put it back down, and laid back down, looking up at the ceiling, thinking about things. She then remember there was going to be a 'tea party', hosted by Renata. "God damn it, hopefully I didn't oversleep and miss it." She mumbled to herself as she continued to look up at the ceiling.

The note just read the changes she did to the decanter and her injuries. It was... less of a note and more of a medical changelog. When Rhuna muttered to herself though, the decanter shook itself, indicating a negation. It displays a text on the other side of the room now, possibly because it couldn't construct another sentence with voice lines.

The tea party is not scheduled until 17:00. Your wheelchair is prepared as well, if you feel like you are ready, I will help you onto it. Besides, despite every second being worth money, Miss Glasc does not shy away from taking her time with other clients. You should not rush things, lest your injuries worsen.
The corner of the projection displays the current time, it was not that time yet.

She let out a sigh upon seeing the message, now sitting up. She then remember Renata had been making her a wheelchair or something of the sort, built for her size. After all, the Lubraeans are a very rare species, and are just about on the edge of complete extinction. She summoned her glaive out of thin air and put in on her lap, looking at all the details before she began to sharpen her claws against the blade of the glaive.
