@caramel, I adore Piplup. It and its evolutions are definitely my favorites among the starters. My favorite Pokémon of all is Absol, though—I don’t know why. And I don’t like any of their shinies, btw.

Salandit, Galarian Slowbro, and Weavile for me. I loved Sneasel back when I'd play pokemon crystal, and loved the evolution when it came out. For Galarian Slowbro, I just really like the fella and always imagine him doing a megaman pose. No idea why I love Salandit so much. I just like him. xD

ooh i have a lot. i love skorupi very very much, i think bulbasaur is my favorite starter? greninja was my first ever favorite mon. there are a lot that i'm probably forgetting

Eevee, because it’s so cute. And it could evolve to Umbreon which is my other most favorite Pokémon. I am going to steal y’all’s eevees.

though i might like alot of mons, aggron and lugia is one of my favs. lugia because of its shadow form and shiny form (sprites too) and aggron because its mega and shiny form.

Haunter and it's entirely because of the episode "The Tower of Terror", I got the Primape Problems VHS for my birthday when I was a kid and I watched that episode so many times.

I loved it's portrayal of the Ghost Type, I love creepy things, I find ghost stories absolutely fascinating so I can appreciate the episodes that came after it that feature Ghost Pokemon in a more creepy fashion but I've always loved how our first introduction to the Ghosts weren't as these cowardly specters that were bent on killing people but instead were goof offs that loved joking around with each other and screwing with people with their slap stick comedy.
