I think yes, because it doesn't mention that you are limited to get only one reward anywhere :0

Yes, you can play the treasure chest game as often as you want, you just need enough Game Chips for that :) But Jade Orb is only available again, once you completed your current Raylong Quest and started it again

In case of ~~emergency~~ Plushie
