I just hatched a Zorua (Hisuian) and it hatched with an "Azure flute". What's the use of this item?

same I just got one attached to my zorua. Have no idea whatsoever. I searched up like uses of it from the original games but I still have no clue

That's what I thought. But then -nationaldex- said it was a stantler evo item. However I feel that's wrong due to the description of the item.
