He sighed and tapped his foot, one arm lighting on fire. Blue flames. The axe slid out of his sleeve and he spun it around while whistling a merry tune.

He jumped and his fire propelled him backwards. He was giggling the whole time "Ohoho ! This is fun! You're pretty good at this!" He wasn't even fighting back, all this time, he was just defending himself.

times running out, i can feel my energy draining- She moved noticeably slower as she leaped at Tapper again, doing the same thing and curving the axe's path downwards.

In the distance, Nova was watching the fight, slamming her fists on the table (or, something like a table) and shouting 'fight!' over and over again. She had even used her powers to make giant signs that said 'fight'

Lilith was also watching in the distance, making fun of the fighting humans with the animals.
