Every time I try to give my Furfrou a permanent cut, it says Invalid service selected. or something like that. It doesn't matter if I choose one that has a haircut already or one that needs a cut, it always gives me this error. Am I doing something wrong or is it broken??

You can't give a permanent haircut to a Furfrou without haircut, so the "invalid service selected" makes sense with those.
Are you sure that the Furfrou you're selecting don't have a permantent haircut already?
