There are no specific mega stones for pokemon. To get Mega absol you need to give a mega stone to a mega-able absol.

Like BlackReshiram said, we only have one sort of Mega Stone

. You can use it on all mega-able Pokemon. Do mega-evolve a Pokemon, it needs to hold the Mega Stone and level up. Mega-evolution will only happen if the Pokemon is Level 50 or higher.
You can get mega stones from the Gem Cauldron at the Gem Collector. If you dont have the recipe yet, you need to boil the other evolution stones at the Cauldron first. The Mega Stone recipe is the 10th (and last) recipe unlocked at the Cauldron.
Alternatively, you can buy Mega Stones from other Players. They can be bought for PD at the Item Market in the Global Trade Station
