As per title, even with item market and weeks of searching, there don't seem to be a way to buy one off anybody. Given that it has been a year since its release (last christmas I believe?), there should be a way to obtain it in game (for me and also new players).

Possible ideas would be:
1) Add to SCS rewards similar to how secret sword was added
2) Add to black box (as the rewards are starting to be a little old)
3) Add to golden slot reward (been a while since anything got added)
etc.
