Kowai hummed to herself, frowning in deep thought. Finally,
she came to a conclusion.
"Hey! Koda! I have an idea! Maybe we should leave the sand piles
untouched. So we don't disturb the crabs. But as for the rest of
the room..." She took to placing and replacing things rather
carefully.
Suzume Fujimori's POV
Suzume's eyes widened and her hand cupped over her mouth.
"Oh, my... Megami? You already organized our room? When?" She
looked incredibly admiring at her girlfriend's efforts.
Hisoka took a step back and examined the room. "We can work on
sections individually," he said decisively. "I'll focus on the mold
and whatever's behind that peeling paint. Maji- er, Majikaruman can
focus on the floors. And Buraddo can clean up any discarded objects
and remove excess supplies. Clear?"
His companions were distracted. That wasn't good. Something about
Buraddo's face made Hisoka's heart ache.
Does this have to do with Megami?
"Let's start."

Buraddo Jemu
I nodded, starting on my job. The people here are so... boring.
Hopefully we escape soon. Majikaruman
Dōseiai-shadearimasu
I gave a heads-up and flashed a smile, kneeling down to
work.
Satisfied, Hisoka knelt down next to Maji. Now he was not
satisfied. His heart pounded in his ears. But he leaned closer all
the same.
"Do you trust Buraddo?" He pulled back from Maji's ear and looked
back at the wall, as if he were keenly invested in the mold and
other concerning matters it necessiated.

I turned to 'Soka to whisper in respose. "They aren't the type to
murder without a reason, and I don't see much reason just
yet."
Kowai smiled sadly at Koda and took her hands in hers.
"B-But, Kodaaa! We should leave them undisturbed. I don't want them
hurting you!" But... slowly, she let go of her hands.
"I'm glad you understand..."
SUZUME FUJIMORI'S POV
Suzume raised her eyebrows. "You... have attention
hyper-deficiency disorder? I had no idea... has-- that made things
difficult for you? In the past?"
Koda nodded and smiled, but a flicker of irritation crossed het
gaze that she instantly twitched away. Kowai thinks crabs would
bother me?- They just don't want me to get hurt. Koda glanced
at her hands, then at Kowai with an endearing look.
Kowai finished organizing the room and yawned tiredly. "Oh, boy...
I wonder when the bear's going to let us out of here. I'm sooo
bored!" She pulled her pigtails and bow out of her hair and then
blinked in realization. "Wait a minute. When was the last time any
of us showered here?"
Koda tilted her head. "Not sure... I-" She cut herself off, knowing
not to break the fourth wall. "You tidied fast." Koda looked the
cleanER room, and sat in a way similar to a cat, wiping her eyes
with the side of her hand.
Koda stood up and nudged Kowai's arm. "We can talk?" She asked
kindly, then a slightly perplexed look passes over her face.
Should I kiss them on the cheek? What do you think, Moon? I
mean, Kowai has kissed you on the cheek before so... Go for it?
Koda quickly kissed Kowai on the cheek, going slightly pink with
embarrassment.
A curious look fixed its way upon Kowai's face. "I guess we could
talk! That's a good idea!" Suddenly, she felt Koda's lips on her
cheek. She touched her cheek where Koda had kissed it.
Curious...
She'd-- never been touched in an affectionate way such as this
before. Or had she?
Memories stirred within her mind that she was quick to quell. She
inhaled, her face going slightly red.
"Aww, youuuu. Koda, did you just kiss me on the cheek? You really
are bold when you put your mind to it!"
Although....honestly, I'd expect the Ultimate Athlete to be
bolder...
Koda scrunched up her nose. "Always bold. Like Jaguar." There was a
bitterness to the words, not meant for Kowai. Or atleast that's
what my mother thinks- THOUGHT I should be. "Or not. Whatever."
She waved her hand, frowning slightly.
"Whadya like to talk about?" Koda asked, casually smiling.
Kowai looked at her with a certain puzzlement. "Welllll, I think
you're pretty brave!" she told her with a smile. "I think I'd like
to talk about..."
She paused.
What did she want to talk about? There were only things she
couldn't talk about. That she didn't want to talk about. That she
could NEVER talk about...
Koda shrugged. "Bored too." Koda blipped out her tongue. "Does
remember what we were doing today?" Koda wondered aloud; then
turned to Kowai as if she had been asking them all along.
Hisoka nodded slowly, but his amber eyes remained inscrutable. "I
agree. People like Buraddo are somewhat dangerous, with a reason.
If a moral person's back goes up against a wall, well-" He blinked
and gave Maji a wane smile. "Well, it's time for lunch." He offered
Maji a hand. His eyes were still fixed on him.
There was some message he was trying to impart. Did it really have
something to do with Buraddo, or...?
Niwa Atsushi
"It's lunch time." Niwa poked Keiki in the shoulder. "Keiki, we
need to go."
