Forum-Index → Roleplay → Private RP → Danganronpa Roleplay [PRIVATE]A flash of shock and sympathy crawled into Kowai's eyes, at the mention of it being... Koda's sibling. "...It happened to her in a tree? Koda!! It might've not been your fault." She paused. "Or... do you mean someone might get hurt because I'm here?"
She sighed. "I had a brother once... but... things fell apart. And it was my fault too."
She blinked. WAIT WHY? She'd... never told anyone about it before. Never.

"Everything is going to be okay."
Kowai felt relieved as Koda seemingly didn't hear what she said about her brother. She had no idea how that slipped out, after all these years...
Kowai tried her best not to look shocked. Koda... trusted her? She didn't believe she'd intentiomally hurt anyone? Oh, Koda, Koda, Koda... it... almost made her feel guilty.
It was a rare thing for someone to trust her. "I... trust you too," she decided to reply. "Koda- do you- like me? Do you- care about me?"
She'd never asked anyone these questions. She already knew the answer would be no...

Suko Nobu
Femi was here. Why had they ever doubted it?
"Great!" With a violent lunge, they got to their feet. "Let's go then, my newfound boytoy! If we don't arrive in a few minutes, our families will all die!" They giggled. "Gosh, I feel bad for anyone who's too busy having sappy moments to save the lives of their families! Amirite? We are seeeerious!"
They screwed up their face and squinted at Femi.
Then they started laughing again.
"C'mon~ let'sa go, Femio~" They tore off, leaving him behind. They knew he'd follow. A smile started on their face...
Beach Show Begins!
"OKAY, YOU FACE SUCKING TEENAGERS, IT'S TIME TO START OUR AWESOME EVENT!" Monokuma received no reply but some awkward coughs from Niwa. "No love in today's society." Monokuma shook his head. "Abandoning your beloved bear dad and actual families to die, just so you can soothe your desperate need for human validation. Tsk tsk."
"Perhaps-"
"IT'LL DOUBLE AS A DATE!"
Suko arrived in a flash, Femi hooked on their arm.
I forgot what the sheep from Charlotte's Web 2 was called
"It'll double as a date!" WHAT. WHAT. WAIT WHAT? Femi's face went bright red. This whole... BOYFRIEND thing again- did Suko find it funny to mess with him aboout this?... was that all there was to it?
I feel like a science person. Sciencer? Scientist! Sciencer. Not my best moment.
"Oh, good day, Mafia Godfather bear . Yes, we've just been trying to take our minds off of your stupid game for a while," Suzume snapped. She couldn't help it, she felt pissed. Although, admittedly, it was irrational to act upon...
Femi glanced frantically in her direction. He made a cutthroat motion with his index finger slicing across his throat and shook his head. Suzume, although she hardly knew him, understood what he was saying-- DON'T upset the bear! You might end up hurt... or worse.
Suzume was admitttedly surprised at his concern. She guessed human beings rarely failed to surprise her these days... but that gesture. It reminded her, she had to be careful here. She was in a game of death, after all. "Get it? Because-- you're not our biological father, and you brought us all here to die?"
She recalled, suddenly, what Suko had uttered. "It'll double as a date!!" She cupped her hands over her mouth, and as they shook she imagined she was sipping coffee. A date, in a place like this. She and Megami had been on one. Two, if you counted their chat at the beach. Three if you counted when they shared food toge- okay, that was splitting hairs. But the idea of something twisted of Monokuma's, doubling as a date... how... truly horrible.
I can't get attached to people. I can't.
She whipped up, practically snapping into place at the sight of Monokuma. "Oh! Heyyy. Bear. So what's the point of this exactly? And what do you suppose you gain out of threatening our families? In my case it would..."
She glanced off somewhere momentarily, and then down. "Never mind. Get to the point!"
Kowai heard the statement Suko had brashly made. "A date?" She cocked her head to one side, eyebrows raised. "Don't get me wrong, I won't deny how many of us have been... busy." She glanced over at Koda, and her heart thumped. Out of fear, or out of some kind of liking?
No, the second couldn't be right.

"Everything is going to be okay."
Koda gave a soft expression and smiled. It faded as she heard Suko. "WHAT?-" Koda panicked. "Yeah no. Nobody would go on a date with me." She growled. Well, its Monokumas event. I'll be mad at him. Ick. I have to go. He is gonna kill the remains of my family. Or, thats not so bad.
Koda snorted. "I hate the bear." She hissed menacingly. Immediately, she leapt from one branch to another, until her feet scuffed on the ground. She picked a few pebbles stuck on her palm off, before blinking up at Kowai. "Coming down?" Koda chirped, waving at Kowai.
I don't know what I was thinking, leaving my child behind... now I suffer the curse and now I am blind...
But... it felt like there was something wrong with... this. The idea of going on a date with her. It seemer Koda adored her already, somehow. Kowai wondered how someone could grow attached in such a way so quickly, so easily...
Yet she ignored the parts of her that screamed NO!!
Wasn't this... what she always wanted?
Then why- did she still feel so empty?
So tired...
She nodded and silently took Koda's hand, letting herself be pulled down. By someone so much... so much more of an idiot than her...
And yet so much happier.

"Everything is going to be okay."
She seemingly blinked back to sense. "Sorry, I zoned out."
It'll double as a date! I shivered at the statement. "Our families were threatened and our actual dates interrupted by gods-know-what is going on here, and something tells me that whatever is going on is not the kind of thing I wanna remember on our wed-" I suddenly felt my face heat up.

Monokuma's Special Event
"Oh come on," Monokuma complained as immediately, all the gay teenagers flocked to the beach. "How can you abandon your beloved bear father like this?" He pouted.
Hisoka crossed his arms and glared at him.
"Well!" Monokuma clapped his paws together. "Thank you all for coming! I shall explain the rules of the game." He hopped down from the stage and came up to the flock. "My little birdies, you will take the decorations from these bins." He prodded one. "And decorate an assigned area of beach! I will judge when you're all done, and present the winner with the crown!" He withdrew a crown made out of garbage. "It has tinfoil. I'm sure you magpies want this."
Hisoka looked like he'd rather stab himself with a rusty spork than touch whatever diseases that crown might carry.
"We're going to kick your asses!" Suko cried. "C'mon, Femi-" They started to tug him towards a ribboned off area.
"Puhuhuhu~ Actually, I'm going to assign your groups."
Suko went still. Absolutely rigid. "Why?" they whined.
"Because I'm your dad and I don't like that you ignored me."
"Oooh- a date!" Keiki exclaimed. They grabbed Niwa. "You'll obviously be with the fantastic Keiki, no doubt about that-" They grinned.
Keiki's face went slack. "Oh come onnn-" They groaned. "Whyyyy-" Keiki whined.
Monokuma's Special Awesome Event
"A d-date?" Niwato flushed harder. "With me? You want to go on a date with me?"
"Oh, this is adorable. You two arrived first, so you get to be together. Now!" Monokuma clapped his paws together. "Come up and ask about your grouping! I'll give you all your numbers!"
"I'm going with Femi," Suko declared.
"Hmmm, sure! But you have to take Chuku with you."
Suko frowned, wondering who this 'Chuku' was. Probably not someone important. They would know her if she was.
Niwa Atsushi
Niwa was too busy having a gay breakdown to have a perspective.
Otherwise
"Can't she?" Suko asked hopefully.
"Nope! My word is law! Every group needs an unnecessary third wheel!"
Suko grumbled under their breath.
"Now, come up!"
