"Hmm." Suko tipped their head to the side. "Then what about the pills?"

"Hm?" Hisoka glanced at them.

"Y'know. Who knocked over the pills. Supposedly, Megami was weak. Who broke the glass case? Who spilled the pills?"

"The pills were scattered after Megami entered the office, presumably. That was why the chair was down. Because Megami was there, and fought, if only enough to disturb a weak stool."

That makes... a surprising amount of sense. "I suppose so. But- I wonder what the killer's purpose was in the Nurse's Office."

He bit his lip.

"Chuku and I had our packs. Buraddo didn't. We both would've have the opportunity to take whatever we wanted from the Office."

The shadows wouldn't let go. Gripping, gripping away at her, threatening to tear her apart... she wanted to scream. But she couldn't scream. That's not what scientists do.

They stay calm, and they find the answer.

"You're right. I think... they may have wanted to cover up... could it have been when she died? I heard the bloating would have taken a few days, apparently. But, no. That couldn't be it. The case may have been shattered due to a struggle. I don't see how there could have been... much of one though... Megami was... she was a fighter. She would've... defended herself. To the end."

She could barely choke the words out...
