"Suko and I could run darts, his target practice experience and my card throwing experience would work. Megami and Buraddo could run a court-themed escape rooms, Megami's code experience and Buraddo's court knowledge working. Any other ideas."

"Um." Niwa coughed. "Maybe we could... do something less physical? Like poetry reading? Like what Suzume suggested?" He ducked his head. "Y'know, just throwing something out there."

Hisoka sighed. "I agree- poetry could be a worthy passtime." He eyed Niwa. "We could expand it. Literature reading."

Niwa looked like he didn't know whether he should be proud or terrified.

"So it's settled! I'm God and you guys do weird nerdy stuff!" Suko puffed out their chest proudly.

"We still need two." Hisoka turned to Suzume. "Do you have more suggestions?"

Suzume nodded thoughtfully. "We could also have some more physical activities. Some sports, perhaps? Nakata and Koda could put something together. We could maybe have some games everyone could participate in too... if we could- maybe put together some simple things like... Musical Chairs? I'm not sure about... the music though."

Instinctively, her eyes glanced in Megami's direction. "Hey... Megami, I know you're not that confident in your musical capabilities, but maybe you could play something for Musical Chairs? But we can only have five activities... though, unless we could combine some games into one activity, somehow..."

"Niwa, why do you want less physical activities?" Suzume asked, raising her eyebrows. She turned to Hisoka. "That's an idea as well. Thank you, Hisoka."

"Yes, yes, you're God," she said to Suko, dismissively waving her hands. They're such a weirdo... But then her eyes clouded with sympathy. "Suko... are you trying to distract yourself?" she asked very quietly.

Suko smiled at her, but didn't answer. Something in their eyes had been shadowed since Femi's death. And it appeared to be enveloped further now, trapped in the veil of Suko's teasing and joy.

"I just-" Niwa started. "I think it's good to have both. Because I like it." He hesitated. "It also- might be more safe." He glanced at Keiki.

"So we have our ideas." Hisoka hummed a bit. "Good. We write it down and get out of here, then?"

". . . " Suzume slowly turned away from Suko. The look on their face... it seemed so... empty. "I'm sorry." She looked over at Niwa and nodded. "Oh. That makes sense." But... "Good plan, Hisoka." Suzume pulled out a notepad and neatly wrote down the ideas. "There we are..."

Suko chuckled a bit. "We share the same feelings, Cocoa!" They grinned. "Hey! Cocoa- that's a cute nickname. One of your eyes isn't cocoa, though-" They peered at her.

"Hm. So it's settled then."

Hisoka wrote down the five.

Darts.

Escape Rooms.

Poetry Readings.

Sports.

Musical Chairs.

"Puhuhuhuh~ The doors are unlocked! Get ready to start the super awesome school festival, super ultimate Ultimates~"

"Super awesome...?" Niwa muttered. "It's like Suko was temporarily put in charge of Monokuma..."

Hisoka's eyes drifted to Suko. Something strange and unreadable lurked in the depths. "We're ready, then. Everyone should go to their assigned rooms. I presume we have until the end of the day to set it up. This is what we should do..."

"Yes. Yes it is." Niwa sidled up to Keiki. "Keiki, want to work on poetry with me?" He gave them a shy smile, and touched their fingers with his. "We can make it really fun."

"I can't think of anything with an EAC pattern off the top of my head, but I know a few songs with fast chorus patterns, I could use some of those patterns. Some of them are basically muscle memory at this point, so it should be easy enough. My arms will probably hurt a lot after, but that's just standard guitar law."

Suzume smiled sadly at Megami, as though what she'd said had reminded her of something. She finally found herself calming down... mostly. "You better be... I..." She looked Megami in the eyes, and almost instinctively, in that instant, she leaned forward and kissed her on the lips, and hugged her tightly.

She'll be okay. She has to be. You'll be okay, I know it.
