humans. mutants. monsters. we are all essentially animals. peace? war? there will always be conflict. nobody is blameless. nobody is fully responsible. I wish to end all this. The government and the World Countries United are tyrants. The oppressed, the weak, may you join me, in hopes of a better world.

-present day-
You are a student coming to the prestigious government school WN University, to become the best fighters and agents the WCU can make you. Humanity has developed powers over the course of the past three centuries, and over 90% of the population has these powers. Technology has stayed mostly the same for the past centuries. The boat you are on will soon dock at WN Island, where the university is located. Have fun.

The birds chirped in the background as the government boat slid across the calm water. The small island got larger and larger as the boat got closer. Finally it arrived, pulling up at the dock, sliding to a stop. The first person to get off the boat was a tall figure, wearing a dark red hoodie and baggy black jeans. "Welp. I'm here I guess."
