Is there a way to stop pokemon from evolving automatically, at least temporally? I want to give the mermaird 15 magikarps so that I get the good rod, bu they keep evolving into Gyarados and because of the fish limit rule, I just cant get 15 at the same time.

1. You can give your pokémon an Everstone to stop them from evolving.

2. The Mermaid only takes pokémon from the Fish Box. Adopted/Claimed pokémon don't count for the trade(s).
