Hello everyone. My azurill is already onn level 41 but for some reason he doesnt evolve to Marill, which is supposed to happen around level 18, I believe. Do I have to give him something?

Azurill evolves by using (not giving) a Soothe Bell on it. If you don’t have a Soothe Bell, you can buy Acupuncture for it at the Salon (just remember to visit it again when it’s done) ^^

Yup it worked, I got a marill now!
